The first sport of my career I was given primary responsibility for was the Women’s basketball team at the University of Kentucky in the 2016-17 season. My primary responsibilities included shooting highlights for every game of the season including traveling to numerous SEC schools and the SEC tournament, producing social media requests, and producing creative content: all while handling my student responsibilities upwards of 18 credit hours.

During my tenure at Ole Miss, I also covered the sport during the 2018-19 season. This was one of my first experiences with creating content for The Season at Ole Miss. For that, I created the Temple game cut within the show. Another major edit I completed was when I returned to my recent alma matter and Ole Miss defeated Kentucky. Here, I produced a social piece to recap the victory.

My last season at Kentucky: we shifted gears to social media recaps and the favorite I’ve composited has been a milestone for Coach Mitchell as well, as this was his 250th win as head coach with the Cats.

Before the season began, I was able to go with senior Alyssa Rice and Coach Mitchell to SEC Media Day to cover their day in Nashville where I was able to obtain behind the scenes access to give WBB fans a look into their day of gathering ESPN headshots and elements for graphics templates.
